As a Model Teacher, Peer Collaborative Teacher, and finally an instructional coach, I have a lot of experience in designing, developing, and facilitating learning. This experience - particularly as an instructional coach - has led me to the world of adult learning. Although I enjoyed teaching students, adult learning has led me to the discovery of instructional design, in which I have found my niche. As a student of the Applied Instructional Design Academy, I have learned more about instructional design and how my role as a coach has prepared me for this career.

I firmly believe in the value of the iterative process. Through ADDIE, I ensure that not only do I analyze needs to inform my design and development process, I implement, evaluate, and seek out feedback about learning solutions to ensure that all participants receive engaging and dynamic training that alters their behavior.
