Preparing for the Road Test
Purpose: This sample course was developed for the hypothetical company, Mile High Driving School. Sixty percent of their students enter the school never having been behind the wheel of a car. Although the instructors ensure that their students get plenty of practice driving, the learners are still anxious about taking the road test, especially because the majority of them do not have access to a practice vehicle outside of school. Therefore, Mile High Driving School would like to provide their students with the opportunity to reinforce their learning at home, through this course that will educate them on the basics of what is necessary to pass the road test.

Many users enter the website’s community forum with their frequently asked questions about how to navigate purchasing an apartment. Therefore, this course aims to provide 100% of learners with the knowledge of what is necessary to successfully purchase an apartment in New York City. This will result in a reduction of frequently asked questions on ApartmentKnowledge’s community page. This will also result in learners knowing what to look for in a potential apartment, knowing what documentation to gather when applying for a mortgage loan and preparing for a closing meeting, and investing in a real estate agent to supervise their search.
